Keys To Your Breath is a Utah local business focused in the Salt Lake Valley. I create both Group Experiences and (One-on-One) 1:1 Sessions. Both In-Person and Online
In-Person Experiences span the Salt Lake valley. These are the most popular events I hold! Sometimes joined by a guest facilitator, you'll find yourself surrounded by friendly faces, each working to relieve their stress, transmute their pain, and understand their deepest aspects.
Online Experiences can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, and a place to lie down comfortably to receive breathwork. This is the easiest way to experience breathwork. Online breathwork is best experienced with headphones in a quiet, undisturbed space.

1:1 Sessions are more expensive than a ticket to a group experience, and well worth the 1:1 attention as we gently explore where dis-ease is taking place in the mind, body, and overall energy field.
By addressing a fundamental belief, core wound, or traumatic experience, we view how it is being held in your body, mind, and aura. Working through these areas often leads to a much more successful, clear-headed, and blossoming life.
