The red rocks of Canyonlands provide a spectacular backdrop for the unusual greenery around the Abajo mountains of Monticello, UT. A pleasent oasis that provides us a perfect place to retreat to. Expression is a retreat for those spiritually-minded or otherwise, who know that they have potential in their lives to do more. We are all creators, and here you will not be judged for how "good" of a creator you are, quite simply, Keys & Carrie will show you the deeper aspects of expressing your inner world into your outer world, and the beautiful process that takes.
Keys is a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, renowned sound healer (with dozens of Reiki-infused instruments that heal your heart from the inside out. He is the founder of Keys To Your Breath and has been teaching Breathwork for over two years!
Carrie has 7 years of experience as a powerful Reiki Holy Fire Master and Shamanic Journey Guide. She is an incredible spiritual intuitive, with skills in Biofield Tuning, Sound Healing, Singing, and much more.
Together we have hosted dozens of healing experiences from Breathwork to Shamanic Journeys and more.
We bring you EXPRESSION, our second fully-fledged retreat. Created to be accessible and informative for participants of all backgrounds, with an emphasis on integration.

Where is EXPRESSION?
Expression takes place in Monticello, UT - just south of Moab.
The nearby greenery of the Abajo mountains, truly a dessert oasis amongst Utah's red rock desert.
We will be taking an excursion to Canyonlands National Park to see the incredible natural structures, petroglyphs, and a national park hike!
We will be staying in two beautiful luxury Yurts, situated on the mountainside in a quaint forest of short Gamble Oaks interspersed with monstrous Pinion Pine trees, each built to outlast forest fires and flourish in the blaze of creation.
What Happens at EXPRESSION?
At EXPRESSION, you'll find a variety of events all designed, in the immersion of nature, to understand how your energy flows and expresses itself through you. In other words, we observe and heal the process of how your inner world becomes your outer world.

An experienced journeyer of the meditative realms, Carrie has lead hundreds through a special type of meditation: Shamanic Journey. Here, she uses her drum at a specific beat to produce a theta state of mind - wherein you experience a wide range of communications from the universe, become unblocked, and settle into a state of ease with your energetic flow.

A bedroom will fit you in the lower portion of the yurt, near the bathrooms. You get a comfortable queen bed and a private space to stay in. Feel free to return for quiet time whenever needed. Share the bed with a friend for half the price!
